Johari Window

I've been enamored by the concept behind the Johari window since I was first introduced to it nearly 20 years ago. I found this link from my friend Leslee at FreshCut Flowers, and I've borrowed the idea (and the link).
The idea behind the concept is that in interpersonal relationships, there are things that we know about ourselves and each other, and that by interacting, more of those things become known - about ourselves and about those with whom we interact.
